The Southwest Estate 04 Preferred Equity Fund is seeking to raise funds from wholesale investors for a 24- lot land subdivision project in the established Sydney suburb of Glenfield. The project has received DA approval and civil works commenced on site in July 2025.
Guardian Funds has entered the project at the final stage of the development process and will exit when land lots are settled. This strategy avoids risks associated with early-stage project approvals and later stage home construction, making this an attractive and highly derisked investment.
