Southwest Estate 07 Preferred Equity Fund represents Stage 2 of a residential land development in Austral NSW, located in Sydney’s Southwest high-growth corridor. Stage 1 of the development was funded by Southwest Estate 01 Preferred Equity Fund, which matured on 31 March 2026. Civil works for Stage 2 are nearing completion, and the sales program for these lots has commenced.

The project is being delivered by a prominent and highly experienced land developer with over 50 completed and current land-subdivision projects across Sydney. With 15% p.a. fixed return, and an 11-month investment term, this is an attractive opportunity offering a de-risked, short-term investment, backed by preferential shares in the land owning entity and investor capital and return guarantees provided by the developer.
