The Southwest Estate 05 Preferred Equity Fund, a wholesale fund, is seeking to raise funds from wholesale investors for the development of a 84-lot land subdivision project in the fast growth Sydney suburb of Austral.
The Project is DA approved, and civil works have commenced. The project is located at the centre of Southwest Sydney’s rapid transformation propelled by over $40 billion of infrastructure investment.
